Stephanie Schollaert Uz (ESSIC / CICS-MD), lead architect of ESSIC/CICS-MD “ClimateBits” multimedia project, recently participated in climate literacy event at the White House. Sponsored by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, the event brought together over 150 top students, educators, and education policy leaders from across the country. As part of the event, the administration announced new commitments from Federal agencies and external collaborators to enhance climate literacy. “ClimateBits” was among the announced list of administration commitments.
