Murtugudde keynote speaker at Catastrophe Risk Management Symposium

Raghu Murtugudde gave the keynote address on extreme weather and water-food security at the Second International Symposium on Catastrophe Risk Management Climate Change-Implications on Food & Water Security, Grand Copthorne Waterfront, Singapore, March 3-4. The symposium is organized by Nanyang Technological University, Institute of Catastrophe Risk Management.
