ESSIC / AOSC Professor Raghu Murtugudde is currently teaching "Numerical Methods and Glaciers in the Earth System" at a workshop on Modeling Mountain Glacier Dynamics at Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER-Pune) in Prune, India. The two-week course introduces theoretical and numerical tools of glacier dynamics with emphasis on hands-on application. It is targeted at glaciology PhD candidates and interested masters' students.
