Folmer Wins Best Testbed Paper

A presentation by ESSIC Research Associate Michael Folmer  was selected as winner of the Best Paper award for the 6th Annual NOAA Testbeds and Proving Grounds Workshop.  Folmer's paper was entitled  "Preparing for GOES-R at the Satellite Proving Ground for Marine, Precipitation, and Satellite Analysis." .
