ESSIC Assistant Research Sinead Farrell was interviewed and appeared in the video “Global Warming: The Dangers of Melting Ice Caps,” produced by students of Eastern Middle School (Silver Spring). The video won second place in the middle school division of the C-Span StudentCam 2014 contest, an annual documentary competition. This year’s theme was the following: “A Message to the U.S. Congress – What’s the most important issue the U.S. congress should consider in 2014?”
