Vinnikov selected for 2012 CMNS Distinguished Research Scientist Prize

AOSC Sr. Research Scientist and CICS Affiliate, Dr. Konstantin Vinnikov was selected as the CMNS 2012 Distinguished Research Scientist Prize recipient. Vinnikov received the award in recognition of his half-century of work, which has caused fundamental changes in the understanding of anthropogenic impacts on climate.

Vinnikov will present his “Prize Lecture” on Friday, April 19 at the University of Maryland Computer and Space Sciences Building. The title of his talk will be “Analysis of Observed Global and Regional Climate Change.” Please see the following announcement for further details.
