Charon Birkett gave two live webinars this month as part of the NASA
Applied Remote Sensing Training (ARSET) program. The audiences were
primarily from Asia and South America and included local agency
officials, water resources managers, and students. The topic of interest
was remote sensing of surface waters. The webinars were given with the
aim of outreach, education and capacity building.
